- You paid twice or were charged in error (full refund of the duplicate/erroneous charge).

- You approved and received the final rendering.
- You fail to provide necessary project details or feedback within the agreed timeframe.
- The request falls outside the agreed scope of work, unless stated otherwise in writing.
- The dissatisfaction is due to a subjective opinion after the service was fully delivered according to the agreed specifications.
